No subsequent Customer Purchase Order terms will supersede these terms and conditions of sale.

Any provision of goods and/or services to NSC may only be provided upon the receipt of an official NSC Purchase Order describing the goods and/or services to be performed, the ex-GST value of those goods and/or services and the term, should this be applicable.
