Craig joins other leading Australian entrepreneurs from a range of business sectors who will compete for the ultimate prize of being named 2007 Entrepreneur of the Year.

| Avaya Connect round up |

The annual gathering of Avaya business partners, third party vendors and customers took place at Star City Casino in Sydney on May 31 and June 1. In keeping with its Australian coastal theme, the NSC stand featured surfboards, sand and beach balls. The beach cricket sets given away over the two days proved to be a big hit with attendees as did the Lifesaver ice-creams. Our congratulations go to Tony Croft of Fairfax who won the surfboard.

| NSC and Avaya help Swan Taxis drive growth |

With more than 1150 taxis servicing the cities and surrounding suburbs of Perth, Fremantle and Mandurah, Swan Taxis Cooperative handles more than five million calls annually. The 40-seat call centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with dedicated teams covering the transport needs of the citizens and the many visitors that flock to the west. Since its establishment almost 80 years ago, Swan Taxis has demonstrated a strong commitment to deploying technology as a means of delivering improvements in customer service and productivity. This commitment continues into the 21st century with the company completing a $500,000 Avaya IP telephony upgrade in 2006.
