NSC to deliver greater customer satisfaction with FrontRange |
With an on-the-ground presence in every major Australian city, we required an integrated service management solution built specifically for geographically distributed enterprises that could be tailored to evolve with our changing business needs.
Following a tender and evaluation process,we selected FrontRange ITSM partly because of our satisfaction with FrontRange's service and support solution, HEAT. Other factors contributing to the selection of FrontRange ITSM included its proven track record with similar organisations and the company’s deep understanding of our business requirements.
Built specifically for small to mid-sized enterprises, FrontRange ITSM is based on ITIL and other IT best practices. The solution uses a modular platform making it flexible and scalable, with low total cost of ownership.
